I have checked the box for actors and actresess but no names appear when I get the information from the internet

It depends on the script that you use.
If it is imdb you have to take the latest version from www.antp.be/temp/scripts
Check also the "ActorsLayout" option (on the right of the script window), currently layouts 0 and 1 do not work.
