Rename by time in other format

Hello
Can I rename by time in an other format?

At the moment I can only use "03" or "03pm" but I would like to name it as "15"

Oh that is because it renam the files not by the exif data but with the changing data of the file.

Why doesn't it use the exif Data. It is the only correct way.

Hi,
The program was made for renaming files, not for handling JPEG, so it uses file date/time rather than JPEG EXIF info.
But in latest beta version, I added EXIF support: viewtopic.php?t=2528
For the time, if iy is with the "Use date/time" action, you can use different time formats, it is listed below the field where you have to enter the mask.
