Why don't you try the one I've made for AMC (previous post in this section: "Use AMC for all your collectables"). It may not be exactly what you need, but that's a start and you could edit it to meet your requirements.

I found a good MP3 collection sofware. It's also freeware, but unfortunatly not opensource so I could not add things I need to it.

is there not someone who was already starting rewrite Ant Movie Catalog to And Music Catalog.
With knowledge of Delphi and the sources available it should be interesting :-)

There is a nice music cataloger called MPEG Audio Collection which can be found at http://mac.sourceforge.net/. It's written in Delphi and opensource, however it wasn't updated a long time ago. There is an unofficial, updated version of it at http://pinterpeti.tvn.hu
