need help for Willspo´s template

Post by JoZ »

Hello, i am a german guy who normally understands english, but after following the instructions in Willspo´s readme, my index.html is empty! -> only the left tab including the search button is shown...-> and alle the other html are also empty.
Now i am already spending 4 days on trying to get an html-ready movie-list. Before i tried the template 0.8 of Twink, but after i´ve seen, that this template isn´t working online, i´ve decided to try Willspo´s one!
The screenshots I´ve already seen look very nice, and i´d like to use this template!

Go to download.microsoft.com and do a search for xml parser. Get the XML parser 4 SP1. That should help.

Also do not touch the index.html file
Copy all files to a location of your choice (let's say c:\www for example)

Copy the movies.xml (which should be in c:\www\data in our example)into ANT's template directory. Rename it to willspo.html.

Now in ANT choose export and select html. There pick load a template and load willspo.html.
Choose export and save it in c:\www\data. YOU HAVE TO NAME IT movies.xml (don't forget to type .xml)

Let us know if it worked for you :)

I tried to make it as hard as possible...
...what is it that you don't understand in the readme file?

XML parser 3 (included with most Windows i think) should be allright with the template. If the html files are all empty you must have done something very wrong. The only file that should be modified by the export is movies.xml.
