Found this software EXCELLENT! Would like to know if there is a template out there for exporting to an index card vs html.

A print template or an HTML template?
For printing, you can do it easily by modifying one of the existing templates with the Report Designer.

If it is not provided with the program, that probably means that there isn't one made yet
