I notice the install file has gained a ".0" and is about 20kb larger than the 2015-07-04 version. Is there actually any difference - I don't see any reference to 2.12.0 in the history section?

It would help if laroche7917 incuded the whole window in the screenshot, and made sure the "Preview of selected file" is checked. This allows you to preview the result of the action and compare with the original file.

Thank you, you are absolutely correct!! The file names must have been generated in Word or something with 'proper' left and right printers quotes. I just typed (") into renamer so of course it could not find them. Cut'n'paste from the explorer listing into renamer now works fine.

I have some files containing the double-quote character, e.g.
Filename: On “Lord Warden” ferry.jpg

I want to change this to single-quote, as
Filename: On 'Lord Warden' ferry.jpg

Renamer log tells me "Not renamed - new name same as old name".

Going to Sourceforge would ensure the source remains available, even if something happens to your own site, and maybe it would give Ant Renamer more visibility to encourage ...

Ant Renamer is a great program and I use it a lot for a long time -- even just contributed 15 euros to its development!! Thankyou so much Ant. I urge all users to give Ant some financial encouragement.
