I cannot remember how you upload a script to the temp folder
I updated some of my scripts a few months ago but I cannot remember how to upload to the temp folder. I can see I did this last year but I've searched the forum and cannot locate how you do it?

I reckon your English is better than 70% of English people's, so no apology required. OK well only way to know is to try it.... Well assuming 'Wie ein wilder Stier' is the German version of Raging Bull then it would appear to work fine. All you need to do is edit the AutoUtils.pas file and change th...

[REL] [ENG] auto.tools.ifs is modified UpdateFields script
Hi me again. Last year I began customising Scorpions fantastic UpdateFields script adding things I needed as I went along. I've left the original functionality pretty much intact AFAIK and added new functions and minor mods to some of the exisiting ones. I totally Anglicised it as well as though I u...

[REL] [ENG] auto.imdb.com is my modified IMDB script
I saw the ongoing bizniz with imdb changing so I thought if I posted my modified script, that currently works fine for my uses (I don't use comments + some other fields myself so dunno if all work) it may solve some of the problems. However this was originally done in October 2006 so was based on th...

You DON'T have to have them named using one of the naming styles to use the script. But doing so enables it to run in full automation mode where it can grab the info for 1,000's of episodes unaided by you. If you set AutoMode = 1 (script options to your right) it will prompt for series name, grab al...

[REL] ConcatFields to concat filenames (for MyFilms plug)
This script will append Source fields (used to store filenames) with a ; between each one. Mode 0 relies on Title field being named .01 .02 for entries to be grouped, sorted & appended (edit script to customise). Mode 1 just blindly concatenates all entries. NOTE script requires additional unit ...

Re: [REQ] Amazon uk script
For TV series why don't you use tv.com? Check my other posts if interested for script. I had a quick look on amazon.co.uk is there any tv series info? maybe I misinterpreted que?THEMike wrote:I'm looking for an Amazon UK script, to add all my UK only tv series etc to my catalogue.

OK I fixed it and updated first post so it works again as of 16Jan. See top post ------------- Being an automated script their servers might get hammered, they might investigate and alter web code to break it. It seems strange that it worked fine for last 3 months, when just I was using it but days ...

I just discovered this one too :( I had been talking to MyFilms guy on MediaPortal with intention of using | as a multi-filename seperator but realised after testing that you use it for CR/LF which on single line fields causes problems. Ironically, I text searched the xml of my ANT db and didn't hav...

OK well I thoroughly tested it on 10,000's of dummy ant records, fixing any probs I encoutered to hone it. But obviously they may change the format? It could be honed even more probably. As mentioned, for slight naming variations I comment in/out other lines on the fly. To make it more user friendly...

BY all means add it. It's up to you whether you wish to remove old tv.com script (which AFAIK doesn't work at all, at least it didn't a few months back, hence I wrote this). If AutoMode=1 it should be functionally similar to old script, it just prompts for episode choice AFTER its grabbed them all v...

I modified the IMDB script myself last year, dunno if it gets confusing with diff people avin' a go. I ripped out some stuff that didn't make sense and fixed other stuff that didn't work but generally was much the same. I wrote some more powerful text parsing routines too so it's easier to handle ak...

Re: [REL] [ENG] Auto.Tv.Com is new automated script for tv.c
3) When hits first 'save fields' box be sure to press' save all' then 'no' to not remember fields. I do not really see what you mean by pressing "no" at that time :??: The only message that I see is the one asking if you want to save changes made to the script in the editor... OK I modifi...

Currently it is somewhat random. I have to fix this bug :D (I do not know yet, either order by ID or let user decide of the order - second solution is better I guess). I figured the order they are displayed at in the left hand pane, ie either by number or title, title being a lot more useful than n...

OK I saw a post elsewhere where you said you might add access for scripts to the picture link field the same as the other fields. re additional option I can see that that would not be required if the order with which selected/marked items are processed was the same as the order they are displayed wh...

How can I copy Picture Link to other records
I wanted to create a script whereby certain fields (especially) the picture link field for the first selected record would be copied into all the checked records. That way once an image link has been set for first item in a series it can be quickly replicated to all others so they all point to the s...
