Script for operas

Does anyone know of any good English websites with good comprehensive information on opera videos - preferably covering dvds, vhs, and broadcasts and including out of print dvds/vhs as well? Would like also to see one with reviews and ratings too. I am willing to spend a little time writing a script...

placement of data with AMG script

A lot of the data is placed in fields based on your selection in the script options (see the top right of the script window). For example, the synopsis can be placed in either the comments or descriptions field, or not imported at all, depending on whether the synopsis option is 0, 1 or 2. So if you...

Composers

One more thing: the music composers on the AMG site is now listed under production credits, so my script adds them along with the other production credits

producer and cast options

As far as production credits, there was a bug in my script in which on some pages the synopsis was repeated instead of the credits list. I believe I have fixed this in the script here: http://www.box.net/shared/nlqsrr57tf I also changed it so blank parentheses don't appear in the picktree if there i...

Be careful, you "lost" the header (script info & options list)
I uploaded on my server the corrected version
Thanks for catching that. Sorry.

Problem with AMC script

Hmm.. I haven't been able to reproduce this problem on my computer, although I should fix the script so it traps zero result searches and gives you a "no results found" message rather than a blank pick tree. On the searches I've tried, it doesn't matter whether there's already information ...

Didn't know someone was working on it when I started. By posting it now, I thought I'd avoid someone else duplicating my work. My script fills just about field the old one did with most of the options except I took out most of the options for the "producer" field (couldn't find all the pre...

Fixed All Movie Guide Script

I reworked the all movie guide script so it works with the new site. I uploaded it here: http://www.box.net/shared/nlqsrr57tf At this point you can't search on cast members, just movie titles. If I can think of how to add this I may add it later. Thanks to the original authors of this script. All Mo...

I made this change and solved my own problem: on line 559, add '+~T1' as follows: From: AnalyzePage('http://www.allmovie.com/cg/avg.dll?p=avg&opt1=12&sql=' + StringReplace(URLEncode(MovieName) + '~T1', '%20', '+')); To: AnalyzePage('http://www.allmovie.com/cg/avg.dll?p=avg&opt1=12&sq...

Thanks for your work on this! I find when I am searching for a movie tital that is also found under the AMG "Name" search - eg "Emma" or "Spinal Tap", the movie search results aren't part of the pick tree, just the name search results. Any possibility of forcing the sea...
