It seems, that the problem is caused exactly by Kaspersky AV. I used 5.0388 version, but it has the same settings for network protection. I'm now with totaly clean windows (fresh install) and I haven't such a problem. It is about 100% sure that the problem is caused by windows program ...

I think so... This great script is not working correctly for 1 or 2 months, and I want to ask - can anyone know why? And if anypne can help and fix it Ill be very thankful!
