I have an AMC catalog and I want to merge it with another.
When I Import, after about 50% of my operation O obtain an error like this:

in Windows 10, 8GB Ram, CPU I37005U, all AMC updated.
My AMC catalog is about 1,400 MB.
what can be?

Possible that the resulting size of the two catalogs is too big.
AMC is an old 32-bit program, so it is limited to 2 GB of RAM.
One solution is to store pictures externally (in the catalog folder or in a subfolder) instead of having them inside the catalog. Then it would not load all the pictures in memory when loading the catalog (bad design I did 20 years ago )
You can change that via Tools -> Manage pictures.
