Similar problem was reported by e-mail to me,
I have the latest script version of imdb (3.69). I set the trivia parameter to 4 so that the full trivia will be stored in comments field. Before the update, the trivia were stored properly...
Something changed now and with every movie I try to store I get nothing in comments list.
Here are my settings in case I do something wrong:

ActorsLayout 4
AllActors 1
AspectRatio 2
Awards 1
BatchMode 0
Classification 1
CommentType 3
DeacriptionSelection 0
GetTagline 1
GoogleSearch 0
HideAKATitles 0
ImageKind 3
MPAA 1
MultipleValuesCountry 2
MultipleValuesCategory 2
MultipleValuesLanguage 2
MultipleValuesAudioFormat 2
PopularSearches 1
Producer 1
Trivia 4
UserRatings 0
ConverttoASCII 0
EpisodeTitleSearch 0

Note: I began to rewrite larger parts of IMDB script from scratch, trying to keep the code clean, getting rid of some garbage and and fixing the issues that came up with IMDB website changes in the last months. Not sure if it will replace the original script or become a fork of it, as it uses different, (hopefully) more obvious options, though still keeping possible results in line with previous scripts. As IMDB script is quite complex this needs some time (that I usually don't have), so in the meantime if you have issues, you might want to try agb76's modified version from viewtopic.php?t=4851
