How to print a grouped list by year?

Hello
As you can print a list of movies grouped by year. Example:
2004
Title 1
Title 2
...
2005
Title 1
Title 2
...

Not sure if it is possible.
There are some options for this kind of things in the print engine that I used, but I don't know really if they work in this case and how to use them.

When creating Reports (templates for printing), you can use Bands: Group Header.
Is there a tutorial for the bands?

I didn't write more help/tutorial than what's in the help file that comes with the program, and I didn't find much more on the forum (I know that this question already appeared, but I didn't find much useful info)
