I've had the above error each time I add a new movie from IMDB but I was using the 4.1 version.
I've just downloaded the brand new version however the same problem exists.
Is this a known fault?

I haven't tested it on versions older than the 4.2.1 beta version (where there is no problem as far as I know).
Such error mostly means that it tries to load something via HTTPS, which is not supported on older versions.

Which option for image size do you use? (and can you try other options to see which cause the error?)

I have tried all 5 values of Imagekind setting in the script and the result is the same with all.
I have been using version 4.1.0.2 for some time and the problem was the same for at least a couple of years, hence upgrading.

When you say "all 5 values"... it means that you have an old version of the script, since now it has 6 values.
Latest version of the script is 3.89
And the IOHandler error was possibly already fixed in a version newer than the one you have (which one is it?)
You can update the script by running the "update script" at the top of the scripts list. Upgrading the program won't get the latest version of the script, since these scripts are updated much more often that the program's install file.

The "stable" version 4.2.0 was already released long time ago.
You could also try the 4.2.1, even if it is listed as beta it works well since no bugs were reported since its release.

Btw, update your e-mail address in your profile or unsubscribe from for replies notifications, because I receive error messages from my server that tries to notify you of new replies :p
