If anyone could pls help me out.
After making a database of 5000+ media files, now all of a sudden AMC stopped importing any kind of media information from files on DVD.
I tried older versions too after facing this problem, but no difference.

I tried other movie catalog softwares and the media information is imported fine on all of them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

That's strange.
AMC uses Media Info; maybe you could try the stand-alone version of Media Info, to see if it works or if it gives more details about the problem.
