Export and print Fields not shown

Hello!
I am new in AMC, and excuse me for my English
I installed AMC 4.2 in windows 8.1, in Export form and Print form, the "Available field" and "Fields to export" fields not shown:
I do not know where the problem is, and I installed several version but problem remained. What should I do?
