Good evening,
I just made a catalog of 19 pages. I wanted to print it, however I was able to print only 8 pages out of 19; when the 9 page is ready to print a message appear telling that AMC is no longer working! Any ideas? Thank you in advance for help.

Hi,

This is strange, I never see this problem before but I used to print it as PDF using PDF Creator.
Maybe a lack of memory during printing...
If the problem persists, try to print it as PDF using PDF Creator before, check the generated PDF and print it.

That can sometime happen with images partially corrupted (even if sometimes they display fine) or that have a strange format incompatible with the printer driver.
If using a virtual PDF printer does not solve the problem, you have to find the movie causing it. You can do that by trying to print half of the movies, if it works try the other half. Each time you find the half which has the problem, take the half of that and repeat until you have isolated the movie. Usually this can be done quite quickly (i.e. after a few tries you find it).

Good morning everybody.
I am back home; I found the page which causes the problem. It is page 9, I printed all right all the other pages, now: how can I print half of the page 9 ? I tried to copy it but i did not found the way in AMC!

Select only the movies that are on the half of that page. Hence why I suggested to try to select part of movie list, that would allow to find the movie generating the error, easier to fix than finding the page

For my catalog, I am using the italian language of AMC. The printing setting of page 9 is (lista orizzontale IT)
A to Z / translated title. Now my question is: how can I select the movies that are on the half of that page and when I find the movie generating the error, how can I fix it? Sorry for the inconvenience, I need to know the manual procedure. Thank you again and have a good night.

Stampa uno alla volta i film che comparirebbero nella pagina in errore: quando trovi quello che dà errore, cancella la sua immagine e riestraila da Internet. A quel punto, tutto dovrebbe essere OK.
Se trovi altri successivi errori, individua collo stesso metodo gli altri errori.
