file date on cat in AMC

I have noticed that the file date on the .amc file never changes in my dir, is my problem or is something in AMC. Even after I save the data base and for some reason it has quit making a BackUp even thou it is marked to do so.

Where is the file? If it is in a subfolder of Program Files, the actual file might be located elsewhere if you have Windows Vista/7/8: it puts the file in the Virtual Store as the program does not have rights for writing to Program Files.
