I have a lot of folders with pics to rename

I have a folder SX9015 with 4 pics 5055, 5056, 5057 and 5058,

can I rename the pics with folder name and also add extra information.

so the first pic would have _(1)_CHA added.

new name SX9015_(1)_CHA

the second pic would have _(2)_COV added.

new name SX9015_(2)_COV

is this possible

That's not easily possible in the current state of the program.
The "From list" action would allow to add the 1_CHA, 2_COV, etc. for one folder. For doing it on all folders you would have to make a batch file that browsers through the folders (using a "for" command) and calls Ant Renamer on each of these folders.
Then you can add the folder name in front.
