Picture Importation setting not working for .xml files

Using v4.1.0.2, if I set the Picture importation setting to Keep Original Name, when I save the database as an .xml file it creates the cover image with the Movie Number (e.g. 163.jpg) instead.
Use Formatted Movie Title works as I'd expect, but I want to use just the Original Title otherwise the filenames get too long for some films.
