I tried this script to get info for Charley Varrick at amazon.co.uk but only got Http/1.1 400 Bad Request I have updated scripts and chose amazon.co.uk on the options bar. This is the URL:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Charley-Varrick ... 758&sr=1-1

Any thoughts?

THanks
Phil

You mean AmazonWSPro script ? Doesn't work anymore and can't be fixed as AMC and the script don't support authentication, which is requested by amazon's api meanwhile.

I (or someone else) might do a new version some day, but for a safe environment it would need an additional webservice to be set up for authentication and to use the API service legally there are some more things to care for (they don't allow requests for only retrieving data without generating sales for them).

Maybe it would be possible to use my website as intermediate between the script and Amazon, like what I did for movieposterdb. Some day we should re-analyze that :D

Thanks for the info guys. Just copied the picture from Amazon Uk and downloaded the film info from DVDempire. Are there any other scripts that access region 2 movies in English?

Thanks
Phil

Sure. I need to find the php code again, that I once had for this, but never used. But they are currently doing some changes on the API again that apply next month I think, so it doesn't make sense earlier ;)
