Modifying Labels in Lng files

I'm using V3.5.1 and no matter what I do in English.lng file it doesn't show in the user interface.
I've changed the caption= in several places but nothing happens. I'm beginning to think that I'm modifying the wrong file (/Languages/english.lng)
Anyone PLEASE.

english.lng corresponds to "English for translation" ; maybe you use "English (default)" which corresponds to the internal program texts.

The file is in Languages folder, as you said.
And you can chose which language to use in the program in Tools -> Languages

Got it working. The point that is being missed is that if one was to make changes they must NOT use the default English but choose the other English language file.
