How do you organize box sets for tv-series/movies?

For tv shows do you just add the dvd's/episodes etc in the comments box? And for a movie box sets, do you just add the box set? Or add each movie as an entry, but how do you know which movie belongs to which box set?
I was just curious to how people did this
