Who would have thought that less than 10 years after the last release a new one would arrive?

• Option for better handling of daylight summer time (DST) for files to follow the behaviour of recent Windows versions (enabled by default on Windows 7 and higher).
• Offset feature for "Date & time" and "EXIF Info" actions.
• Copy/paste of the table for the "Multiple string replacement" action, for easy export/import.
• Upgrade of TRegExpr library.
• A few bugs fixed.

I'll contact translators who updated translations of version 2.12 to see if they want to update it, but if you want to update one of the older translated files (or submit a new one), you are welcome, as several languages were not updated since a few versions.
