Hi there,

I would like to know the consensus choice for category/genre.

I do not wish to have IMDB multiple genre, and would like the single, most accurate genre of the movie listed (in category)

Does anyone have a good script/site they are fond of for this case?

How could "most accurate" be chosen? Usually the first one is the main genre, and IMDB script has the option to keep only the first one rather than the list.

I don't think so. On IMDB the different genres are sorted alphabetically, it looks like this:
"Action / Adventure / Comedy / Family / Fantasy / Sci-Fi " etc.

I did not notice that Well, then I suppose that it is not possible to find the main one...

Yeah, its frustrating to have Ace Ventura come up as "Action" when its supposed to be a Comedy

Does one site have better categories than another?

I was using IMDB as an example, but it can be any site that uses One, good genre
