Two suggestions..

I've been searching for an suitable application to catalog my movie collection for a while and was very happy when I found AMC. Looks great, it's easy to use and very flexible.
After using it for a week or two, I've noticed couple of stuff that I'm missing to be complety satisfied with it...
I think that following functionality would greatly improve the user experiance with AMC:
1) With one press of a button to be able to automatically scan a CD/DVD for movie content (.avi, .vob, .mp4, ...). Reason behind this is that I have many DVD-R's on which I have recorded several DivX/Xvid movies in separate folders and I would like AMC to be able to "scan" it with "one press of the button".
2) In such folder structure to scan for appropriate subtitle files (.sub, .srt, .txt, ...) and figure out the language based on some predefined (or user defined) language keywords (for example, 10 words from each supported language, of which if for example 7 is found in the subtitle file, subtitle language is determined). If more then one is matched, option is given. Otherwise, if none is matched, the default subtitle language is selected.
What do you think?
