Hi antp,

First of all, thanks for your great works. The more i use AMC the better i find it is. Thanks for all that.

I have several suggestion and hopefully you can work out it in the next version.

- Custom field (i want to add my personel rating, file location some others but cannot find how to do it)
- Batch editing (for now the onlyway is to export to excel and then re-import)
- a small bug when "Save as..." XML type, when i first save i will save with pictures, but then i move to another directory then save, no pictures come.(this is very minor but sometimes cause me troubles)

Thanks again and i do look forward to your responding

Regards

Why do you post these requests in "bug reports" ? :??:
- fields will be added in a future version
- batch can be done using scripting (e.g. "Update fields" script, and I will probably make a more advanced script for that later)

About the bug of xml, what do you do exactyly? you move what?

Sorry, if i made mistake on wrong place posting.

About the XML saving, when i first save the amc file to XML in folder like desktop, it comes with images. But then i save again in other folder, no images appear. This maybe not a bug, but it'll be very nice if you fix it.

And about the "batch editing" script, if there is any one available in beta right now, it would be kind if you can send me one copy.

Lastly, i do hope you can add encoding UTF-8 for amc files.

You mean that if you do a "save as" to another folder images are not copied to that folder ?
This may be a bug, I should check how it is supposed to work. I should add a dialog asking to the user if he wants to copy files or update link to old files.

UTF-8 may be added in a far future. It requires some heavy change in the program.

OK i know.
But still, AMC is the best choice for me to manage movies. Thanks again for your workings.

I do enjoy the program and will download to study the source code.(hopefully i can get something done) :hihi:

Last thing, it will be great if on version 3.6 you add on some field for store .avi file path. (the url itself should point to the web)
All that i wanted.

Thanks
