I've got a little suggestion.

I store my movies on several places: a cd box vor 200 cd's, my computer, my video box (special video pc), and so on

And it would be usefull if you could set a limit on each source:
for example: cd-box 1 can hold 192 cd's, and now it is full, I want to put the limit for this source on 192 cd's, and from now on, this source isn't available anymore to store movies in.

That's a quite specific need.
I do not think that I would add that.
Maybe in a future version (4.1 or later) when I'll add support for sub-items it will be possible to limit the number of sub-items. But that will not be before few time
