Then it is a problem in your proxy configuration or with the firewall... The proxy server is a real proxy or an address that sends a proxy configuration script to IE ?

The proxy server is a real proxy server - 10.x.x.x.
I use dynamic IP (DHCP) adress instead of static IP. Hereon scripts don't work. :/

What kind of authentication does the proxy use? Do you have to enter a login/password or does it use Windows account for that (NTLM). In the second case, it may not work.

Proxy without authentication. Don't use NTLM.

That's quite strange :/
Maybe your proxy only access HTTP 1.0 requests and not HTTP 1.1? You could try this version:
http://www2.antp.be/antp/software/temp/amc3510b1.rar
it is a work-in-progress version, but for a test I added an option (not enabled by default) in the proxy preferences (Preferences -> Scripting) to force the HTTP to 1.0
