3x5 cards

If anyone out there has a template for 3x5 cards I'd really appreciate some help.
I have made one, but after each card with info on it I get a blank card, seems an awful waste of space.
If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

Can you post a link to that template? Whenever I try to design a template (trying to get 12 on a page, three by four), everything breaks apart.

here you are,
there are 2 files in there.
the one from above and i made another one just like it where you have more movies on one page and instead of the URL field a made a category and number of disk field.
