bug with enhanced scrollbars

Hi,
just found following bug. When I turn on enhanced scrollbars and move to the bottom of movies list (both down arrows are greyed-out), upper double arrow for 1 page up scroll doesn't work. Single arrow for 1 record up scroll works fine.
When I'm at the top of the list, both bottom scrolls work fine.
Really nothing important, just reporting
