hello i downloaded antmc on my Pc with a wireless network and I keep getting that error #10016 or something with "socket error" no connection.
I don't know if I have proxies, but I don't think so. just a regular wireless network.
any help?

Maybe there is a firewall somewhere, either on your PC or on your wireless accesspoint. Check options of your browser to see if a proxy is configured in it.

But if it's really the 10016 error that you have then it may be a problem with the script rather than the connection. Does this error happen with all scripts?

sorry I must be dyslexic it was 10061 not 10016 and unfortunately it is a widespread problem on this PC, it happens in most all programs that try to access internet other than any browsers. for the life of me I cannot figure out what the problem is. I have seen no proxies on any firewall or router settings to this day! oh well, I am using ant on my other PC which is wired. good job on the program.
and yes, it is happening with all the scripts.
update(lol)

I checked again and in mozilla it said there were no proxies , but instead "direct connection to the internet"
IE did not give me any info on proxies.
I guess it must be something on the server computer. or router.
oh well.
