I have formatted my computer this morning and I reinstal ant movie db
I had saved a Films.bak i found in my ant movie folder. So now i am searching how to put it back in my ant movie db. I am not going to rewrite 188 movie's

The .bak is a copy of your catalog created each time you save your catalog, which is stored into a .amc or .xml file (it is created in the case the save fails).
You should be able to recovert your catalog by renaming the .bak to .amc or .xml depending of what name it had before.
