Cover with pic & description/details

I'm using this modified template:
a pic in the first half and in the other half:
title/original title/date/video & audio code/#cds/rate/ director-actors/description/comment.
i cut it all, i fold it in the half and put with CD into plastic envelope.
I'm waiting for a 180° text rotating for having front and back in the same direction... in the meanwhile here it is
