Prints In Black Only

I've got a color printer, but when I print it only prints in black. Is there a way of printing in color?

What kind of printer is it ? The print preview is in color ? Do you have more than one printer lists in the available printers list ?

I've the same problem. The preview is in color... perfect! But when I print, the image is totally black!!! Help, please... I have an Epson Stylus Color 760...

Yes, the preview is in color. I've got more than one printer:
- HP Deskjet 3420 PCL (Color) - Trying to print to this one
- HP LaserJet 4V/4MV PS (Black)
- Xerox WorkCentre 24 PCL (Color)
- Xerox WorkCentre Pro 45 PS (Black)

I have to test it again on my PC, but I did not had problem when I tested that long time ago.
And there are lots of people that use that without problem.
Is the color printer defined as default printer or do you switch to it manually when printing from AMC ?

The printer is the default printer! I've only one printer and it's set to "color print"... i don't have any idea...

No, my default printer is the laser printer and I switch to the color printer manually when printing from AMC.

Try to change the default printer before launching AMC, to test

So it is probably a bug somewhere in the printing engine
