J'y avais pensé, mais il y a déjà assez de boulot pour un gestionnaire de films personnalisable. Si c'est étendu à tout type de collection ça devient encore plus complexe, donc ça je préfère ne pas m'en occuper pour l'instant

C'est vrai qu'une fois qu'il sera Ope, Source, on peut espérer des évolutions est des plug'ins pour le compléter et le rendre universel !!!

Le truc c'est que je pense que faire un ant multimedia fera une usine à gaz et apres il y aura plein de bogue ce qui n'est pas forcement le meilleur!!!

Lut une petite proposition
un petit menu déroulant avec qualité vidéo : screener, dvdpromo,TC, dvd rip... et un meme truc pour le son : Screener, dvdrip,projo...

I would like to make any suggest to this great software.

One is a field for films in DivX format, the type of rip (screener, dvdrip, tvrip, etc.)

And the other suggest is a view mode based on thumbails with the images of the films.

And now a question... Are yet a date of release of this version ?

Finally i like to thank you by your fantastic work in this application.

Little question, does the version 4 support TV series? i mean is possible to have TV series listed as well (in logical manner)

Also, can you update us on when you Might have some beta or such released?
Also, is there any beta test team? or such? if there is, is it possible to take a part on/join?

I haven't much worked on it these days. When there will be something to test I'll post it on the forum, do not worry

I think I'll wait for version 4.1 for a support of TVSeries (i.e. "subitems" for a main item), but in 4.0 you will be already able to have different item kinds in a catalog

I hope you have the time and motivation to make that :P

en aprlant des nouvells fonctionnalités, j'en une qui me viens à l'esprit en lisant le forum.
Serait il possible de choisir le dossier de sortie des images. Actuellement quand on exporte en html, on a tout dans le même dossier mais si on veut organiser tout ça un peu plus on est à chaque fois obliger de modifer le source html utilisé c'est un peu chiant!!!!

Je sais pas si tu m'a compris et si c'est facile à faire en tout cas j'ai donné une petite idée!

maybe you can tell all the people here that talks in french, that they could try to talk in english because a lot of people can't understand that, me too, sorry... but english is more spreaded.

also i got some more ideas for the version 4:

a statistics page, where you can see statistic data like in version 3, but more customizable:

-keep all statistics from version 3
-how many MB in the db
-how many minutes of film in the db
-how many movies in the db
-how many discs in the db
-average data (customizable, like average film lenght, data per cd...)

for the sql part i got a lot of suggestion how to improve it.
the export could be improved by setting the type field for the sql db. so the user can control, which kind of type field each entry from the amc db will get in the sql db, this will make the sql db much faster and that saves memory.
also, make it possible to save extra data from the statistics into the sql db, like how many MB in the db and so on... will save a lot of php scripting

for the rest we will see, when a beta is ready, i think then will the work begin

For the stats and the sql export, I do not know yet, I think I'll see that later, there are still lots of things to do before that
