Thanks for the program. It's really useful
I have a problem with the new script. I had chosen the awards to be imported to the description field but that option isn't working anymore.
I hope this problem will be solved with the newest script.
Thanks!

Strange, there are lots of these in my script
Anyway, I did that change in the version that is on
http://antp.be/temp/scripts/
I hope that it will work well until I have time to rewrite the script for the new layout.

This one doesn't work

It doesn't work for me too...
I set to import awards in the description field and the only thing I get is ":"
Except this, all is working fine.

If some people want to already test the part that is done:
https://forum.antp.be/users/antp/IMDB.ifs
what is not yet updated (and so should be disabled, as it may not work) :
- TagLine
- Amazon.com Review
- Trivia
- Awards
- Classification/MPAA
- Picture
I'll try to do the remaining things this week-end.

Congratulations, you found the first bug

I fixed that bug, and also added Tagline, Trivia and Awards (for the Awards, I completely rewrote the code, to have the list more structured and more readable).
Script at same URL:
https://forum.antp.be/users/antp/IMDB.ifs
I deleted the part of Amazon Review, I hope that not too many people wanted to keep it

Only Classification/MPAA and Picture still need to be checked/fixed.

Thanks a lot for your work!

There's only one problem. In the field "Producer", where there are the writing credits, the names are not separated.

Indeed, I wonder how I missed it
Edit : it is fixed. And when option "Producer" was set to 1, the field was not saved, strange that nobody noticed it

Hey, I'm new here, so first of all, thanks for the great tool and scripts!
But there seems to be a problem; the first actor of the cast is not being retrieved. So it starts with the second actor and so on.
It would be great to see this fixed.

				Indeed. I fixed it.
I think that IMDB changed something, as there was an extra line above the actor names previously.

i sound boring. But there's also one problem with the writing credits when the movie has not such credits, like documentaries. Thanks a lot!

Can you please give an URL of such movie ?

				For example
http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0497116/
It's the documentary "An Inconvenient Truth"

I'm still having problems with the IMDB script. The actors are downloaded, but not the characters in brackets as before. Also, the whole description is not retrieved, only the first line from the main page of the movie, ending with “more”. In addition, comments are not downloaded.
Since these are not small problems and somebody would have mentioned it before, it must be some of my settings. I just can’t figure out which one. Maybe someone can help.

Did you change the options to have full description and comments? by default I do not remember on what choice they are set.
Same for the actor names, there are different options on how they should be displayed.
