Release of version 2.11
No real new feature, but :
- fixes a few small bugs
- improvements in unicode compatibility
- compatibility with Windows Vista, 7, 8 and corporate installations where programs aren't allowed to write to their installation folder: when installed, the program uses the user folders rather than the program files folder for its configuration file ; when using the portable version, an upgrade of an old version or Windows 9x, then it works as before.
