help for a script "canal satelite spain"

I am a documentary fan, and i just have found some information in canal satelite web site in spain. I woud appreciate if somebody could make me a script for this adress http://www.csatelite.es/codigo/televisi ... alabra.asp
I have already tried to do it by my self, but i can't.
I woluld also appreciate if some body could make a tutorial for newies, starting from scratch.
