My AMC catalog has different cover pictures - I've downloaded them from the same web page, but the dimensions differs sometimes. Some are small (150x200) and some are huge for me (450x600). When I'm exporting the catalog to html template, the graphic files are written with the size of the original picture, and this can really screw up the html layout - because sometimes one movie can take half of the page due to big cover. So my suggestion is to add a option to resize the covers when you export database with the fixed resolution parameter (for ex. always with height 200 or width 150 with keeping the proportions right or for both fixed with scaling the image - of course one should be able to choose suitable option).
If somebody already gave that suggestion, then sorry for another post about it
Pictures can be resized through HTML, there is an option for that in the Preferences window. But it is of course not the best solution.
Currently AMC does not modify the pictures, but you can quickly resize all exported pictures using tools like Irfanview or Xnview.
But in preferences I can only set fixed image size. With that AMC won't preserve image ratio if some of the covers will have different proportions than the rest (for ex. covers downloaded from others pages).
For now I'm using IrfanView for this, but it would be nice option to add for the future versions of AMC, to have the complete solution in one piece of a software

If you specify only width or only height I think that the browser will keep the ratio.
