[HTML] need some help

Here you can see the template I modified.

But I would really like to have my movies listed per letter. (because it isn't nice if there are like almost 200 movies on 1 page, you have to scroll too much...)
Can anyone help me how to get a list of letters on top of the full template so you just have to click the letter to get the movies who start with that letter?

I would like to have a bar with letters like in the template from twink (2)

I checked it out, but I can't really figure out what functions or scripts I should use...
