Version 3.5 - Final version released
It would be cool if the various dialogs sizes could be memorized between subsequent calls/sessions. Namely where enlarging the scripts windows to show all text (ie. to avoid scrollbars).
Moreover, managing an history when browsing movies could be useful; plus add the "standard" IE shortcuts: previous=Alt+LeftArrow/next=Alt+RightArrow.
Justs thoughts but thanks in advance if this can be added.

Example:antp wrote:All window sizes should be kept. Which ones are not?
- add a movie
- start a script (eg. Allocine FR)
- search for a movie (eg. Matrix)
- a list is proposed: enlarge the dialog (A), then select one
- the result dialog is displayed, validate
In this sequence, the dialog (A) does no remember its size on subsequent calls.

is it possible to make a checkbox like for the bar buttons but for the fields of the film? there are some i never use and would be nice if i can put them out of sight (perfect thing would be to rearrange the one i want to see too, in thisway i can remove thing i don't want on the right part so i can free space for the cover and have the list of movies as long as all the left part of the screen)
bug + feature request
Hi, first of all congratulations for this great program.
And now to the work:
1- Bug: When I display all the films in the grid mod and I try to sort them by rating, it doesn't work correctly. However, if I go to tools>group by>rating, it is correct, although films with same rating are put together. If I sort by title or country, it sorts alphabetically, exactly the way it shoud.
2- Request: When executing a script, if there are some fields that I never want and I want them unchecked by default, is there any way to do it?? I've tried unchecking the fields I do not want, but every time I import a new film all the fields are checked again.
Thanks.

1. Probably because the field was declared as "Integer" in the grid properties, but now with the decimal part it cannot handle it as Integer; I'll fix that.
2. In the list at the bottom right corner of the script window you can uncheck the fields that the script cannot modify. These fields should be remembered for each script (saved when executing the script, so if you uncheck fields and then select another script without running the first one, these unselected fields are not remembered)

- all scripts converted
- all translations updated
- only two bugs remaining that I have to correct (+ one in win9x that will be corrected later)
well, I hope that I'll be able to release the final 3.5 version tomorrow
For those that are using the RC8 it won't change very much, since there are only few minor corrections since this version

Here is the list of bug fixes since rc8:
- main window: movie info not saved when switching to grid mode (not the first time I fix this, I hope that it works now
- Rating field was used as an integer in grid mode and group mode, so not sorted properly
- csv import: removed formatted title from the list, corrected a bug with pictures import
- script: remembers size of picktree and picklist windows
- script: crash when going to editor -> properties -> cancel -> back to scripts -> displaying tooltips on options list
- script: save as was clearing the editor after the save

when adding film from file
i had film from files but i want the title to be put in the
"translated title" field and not in the original one as i have titles of movies in italian, would be useful a function that deletes automaticcally part of the filenames i chose e.x. 1°t [DIVX] ecc, this string can be written in a field like the one for the sorting without articles in front of movie title (the, A , ecc)
