This is a NOOB question, but this is very close to what I would like to do, I downloaded it, how do I add the template to ANT? Also, once added, can I modify it somehow to add a few fields that I would like to have included that are not there?

Finally, how do I add videos to this template?

Well using the help app, I was able to figure out how to add a custom field, I wish I knew how to remove default fields and make my custom additions show up in that pane as well, and move the fields around.

Thanks for the response. I won't be printing anything, so no need for printing templates. I just want to remove some of the fields that I do not need, such as media label, borrower, etc. Also I would like to add some fields, for example, more URL fields as my files are all digital and the first URL ...
