thanks ANTP, you're the best... i know there could be a much easy way to do that, now my catalog is 200k and 70k zipped (before it was 3MB and 2.8 zipped), fits fine on 1 floppy.
is there any difference to have it in XML or AMC???

2 only things to know about:

When it doesnt find a movie, it hangs up (and i've to press the stop button)

Retaking something i told you before, search for the movie "Casino" and you'll see... you'll get the info for "Zafarrancho en el Casino" instead ...

is because is "narc" not "Narc" i wrote it wrong on my last post
but its not a big problem anyway, forget about it

just to reply.. the script works fine, may be you havent received any reply because a script for Yahoo Cinema (ES) is useless
why people will get info from a spanish site if it doesnt have any description/summary/quote of the movie? that's why I (and i think most of spanish talkers here) use the ...

well... i've been away for a while, i'm back now, i used the script for a lot of movies with great results. But... when a movie is not found on culturalia, the script "hangs" (and deletes the original title), but that doesnt bothers me.... what it really bothers me is when it get the wrong movie ...

we all use subtitles to see foreing movies and the biggest place to get'em is, far away, dvd.box.sk. Would be great to make a script that download all the subtitles avaiable on dvd.box.sk for the selected language (english, spanish, french, etc) and sotre'em on the hard disk.

wow, thanks... i´ve made a few changes to the script to work OK:

where it said

Address := (BaseURL + '?catalogo=1&codigo=' + Code);

now says

Address := (BaseURLCulturalia + '?catalogo=1&codigo=' + Code);


before changing that, i was getting an error each time i try to use it, it said ...

well, is possible to burn a cd with a DivX or XviD movie and run it on any computer running Windows, without having to install the "necessary" codecs like DivX, XviD, FFDSHOW, AC3FILTER, etc.
How?? BSPlayer can do that, and there is a great program i've found some time ago that helps you to burn ...

i've made a little change, now it takes _first_ the orignal title and if it not exits, the translated one.
why??? because the spanish title of a movie isnt the same than the argentinan (my country ;) or the one from Chile, venezuela ...

large picture import doesnt work

ok, thanks, i'll try to do some scripting, but i'm new to this..., just a little question to anyone... how do i change culturalia script so it automatic choose the first match, as imdb batch script? i'll try to do the rest on my own...

is it possible to import external pictures (imdb) and automatically change the name of the picture to the movie title?
so then, instead of having b000067j1h.01.lzzzzzzz.jpg i got Fight Club.jpg like when i export the catalog with the pictures as movie title.
